Terms Of Service
- If you commission me, you automatically accept my Terms of Service.
- I will not create hardcore fetish content or hate-related material.
- I reserve the right to reject your commission if I'm not comfortable with it.
- Upfront payment via Stripe only.
- I allow full refunds before starting work. Otherwise, no refunds or holds.
- Your order will be cancelled if you fail to pay within 48 hours.
- Small revisions are fine in the early stages, but I may charge extra for major revisions at later stages.
- I retain all rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork. You may use it for personal use only. ( I can accept commercial license, the price can be discussed and depends on purpose and whether you are an individual or a company, sell volume, ...).
- I maintain the right to post your finished commission to my sites
- You may share the finished commission on social media, but you must credit me and show me the post before publishing for approval (especially for NSFW, where I reserve the right to refuse).
- Do not edit the finished artwork. If edits are needed, I can handle them for you.
- Do not use the finished artwork in illegal contexts, hardcore fetish, or hate speech. I am not responsible for misuse.
- No one is allowed to use my art for NFT or AI training
- Do not share or sell the finished product to anyone, tell me if it's for a gift
- Commercial use of copyrighted characters is strictly prohibited unless the client has obtained proper licensing from the rights holder.
- I am not responsible for any legal issues arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted characters or references provided by the client.
If you break any of these rules, or show rude/disrespectful or toxic behavior during or after the commission, you will be instantly blacklisted publicly and blocked.
